I agree, resolution 3 needed 75% in favour, it only had 69%.

In regards to the Wiess vote being razor thin, apparently Cauosel did not vote in favour of Wiess being able to exit, hence their majority shareholding was not applied to the vote. Iam not sure if they voted against or abstain.

Wiess did support Carousel in favour of being able to exit.
