Yes, the minors list just shows how fringe PHON and the Greens are. PHON just getting 7.8% just shows how little support the extremist fringe minority party has. Both the Greens and PHON (and AusCons for that matter) make lots of noise and would have us believe that they are tune with Aussies. This by-election just demonstrates what an extremist fringe they all are.
