Yes, there must be lots of disgruntled employees, ex BOD members, the cleaning lady, ex mining engineers, ex geologists, the guy who drove our ONE bobcat, ex Presidents - the list goes on... down from almost 200 to 100 staff? unbelievable...
and the poor catering staff 
... yes I am not joking, apparently we had 'catering staff' - they all must be fuming that the gravy train is over...
And there must also be a few people upset that we actually
found all the gold that they had buried in the carpark...
All these guys must now have a lot of spare time on their hands...
The
new management team has clearly had challenges sacking all these 'employees' over the last 5 months however our cash burn has been slashed from
$4.5 million per quarter to $2.8 million WITH EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION costs now included!
Does anyone remember us doing any exploration under the previous management?.... ask yourselves why not? Apparently 'exploration' and adding value to a Company is not important to some....
Also don't forget our poor $6 million dollar processing plant that somehow had its pump put on backwards
FOR TWO YEARS (despite numerous independent inspections) along with goodness knows how many other 'mistakes' that have been occurring since the new BOD took over in late December 2017... hmmm
....join the dots guys and see what picture it paints.
The good news however is that the easy fix for the short term SP is that all management have to say is that
'Hammermill 4 has arrived on site and has been placed on our 30,000 - 60,000 TONNES of tailings - processing these tailings is about to begin'... KABOOM! off we go... this IMO needs to be the number one priority and will shut down most arguments about the need for a CR etc
Once HM4 arrives and is pumping through the 'tailings' regular
WEEKLY REPORTS from HM4 on gold production will ensure that the SP stays solid...
And the dark horse - yes the introduction of a CIL (arsenic extraction) plant will make sure that 95% of the gold is extracted eventually - GRADE IS KING... and we certainly have the grade. GLTAH.
