yeah probably because the people shorting it are starting to realise that there are plenty of buyers at these levels. When CEU presents its results i expect they will announce that the road will open up before May and then you will see all the short sellers having to buy back and cover their positions.

When this happens the price will rocket past $1.50 and the recovery in the price will begin.

The next big thing for CEU will be the traffic numbers and you can bet that the short sellers will also be waiting to sell if the figures are lower than expected.

Again, i would expect there to be no real issue with the forecasts. Again the short sellers will be caught on the wrong side of the trade and then we will see this great stock move. I would think that $2+ for this stock by the end of the year is very achievable if the traffic come through on target.
