There are not labor shortages in namibia ....the new guy peter christianson is a local & will get labour at lots less than aussie rates ...
Also Uranium one in S.africa just downgraded their production figures from 2 millbs Per annum down to half a millbs ...
World Uranium production is in deficit by about 50 millbs per annum & still will be for many years yet!
Also Areva's uramin in namibia maybe held up with water ...but have the go ahead for a de-sal. plant ,well in time for bannerman's mine opening ..Also the extra hydro power from zambia goes past bmn's project....And also bmn mine contractors can easily use diesel mobile generators for onsite power supply for mine construction(welding etc.)...
The U spot price has bottomed out IMO ..it certainly won't be $75 spot price in 3 years time.
Regarding production costs ....how can you say costs have gone up when...in fact its gone down since scoping study ...see acid plant proposal...acid plus power...
Personally, I am 'overweight' with bmn ....& thats the way I like it... with 10 more anomolies like AA ...I know who'll have the last laugh down the track...Bmn are drilling flat out ....& I luv it !!...
