I am just an old bush lawyer who learnt legal process and procedure many years ago. I have seen these types of claims many times. Sometimes they fizzle out for lack of funds and sometimes they go places. This chm claim looks like a try on to me.

The liquidator of chm would have been aware of such a claim and would have been obliged to seek legal advice. If the claim has any legs, and i doubt it, you can expect the liquidator and any lawyers who advised him on the claim to be joined as parties.

I also look at charts. chm bollinger bands are closing indicating possible breakout (up or down, trading vols falling, macd daily starting to falter - chm holders should take care.

MMX - bollinger bands closing rapidly, macd crossing now, dramatic fall in vol, momentum falling - I expect fall to previous support level of $4 but if breaks $4 then next support is $3.50. However, narrowing of bollinger band may also indicate big up swing. I suspect (gut feel) a fall to $4 then rise to about $5.50. - But this is based on my amateur chart analysis.
