    Thanks for the reply.

Interesting thoughts and have been thinking how I will reply to you. Your points have some validity but would someone else have got the very deal we all bought in for that is Ukraine by now - I don't think so.

One thing I know about Kate is that she has great contacts and business acumen. Should Kate be able to speak the lingo - yes. I would think that with the recent moves re the registration of Urania Mining etc that different people and avenues are now being used to negotiate. It obviously didn;t help in Czech where negotiations were done through 3rd parties that Uran had allegiances with. It now appears they are more or less going it alone with Diamo's blessing.

I'm not sure that her ability to negotiate is as big an issue as you say. There are two many MOU's now signed with different parties to suggest otherwise. You can't do this without negotiation and am quite sure that these countries would not bother signing them if they didn't think Uran could do the deal. These MOU's will result in deals. I have absolutely no doubt of that. When I can't tell you.

Yes she has had zero success in terms of a material deal but I still think that much of this was beyond her control - politically. You can't negotiate other countries politics and thats why I still question our presence in Czech but the company keeps going there so they must be pretty darn sure they can pull it off. I'm happy for that to play out providing that they know when to call it a day in Czech. if things don't come off. The difficulty for us as shareholders is we don;t know when that is and probably will never know.

One thing that has crossed my mind over the past year is the ability of a female to negotiate in this part of the world. My background is in countries very closely related to the ones we are dealing with and that this could be a stumbling block. I am not sexist and don't intend this to start sexist comments but it has some merit - no matter the quality of the woman. In Aust we are now seeing more and more corporate women but are they being accepted over there.
    I don't know.

Anyway Drillfix I do think you have some validity in your comment but not in its entirity. We are all looking for excuses about the company but it may well be as simple as the political situation is not yet right for our MOU to get going. Lets hope that it changes very quickly.

Keep smiling Drillfix - I'm hurting bigtime financially on this one but do believe I will make money.
