Ann: Bidder's Statement from Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd, page-2

Please could someone who understands the details of section 4.10 of the bidder's statement tell me what happens IF Gina/Redstone acquires more than 75% and IF THEN AFTER decides to remove AGO from official listing? I am guessing in that unlikely scenario, it will still be under the watch of ASIC as obviously those who will not have sold their shares will continue to be entitled to the value and faith of their shares and the revenues etc.
