Yes I think the miniscule free float means that many funds cannot buy IRd because it can't enter an ASX index
It is a liquidity issue.
All that will be fixed when IRD brings in an equity partner.
The new Director comes with vendor experience in selling a majority stake in a Brazilian iron ore mine. That will be useful.
