I think the point of my previous post was missed by a few.

I have no problem with Capital Raises and understand the need for them but quite obviously discussions had taken place behind the scenes prior to announcements which allowed existing shareholders involved in the Capital Raise to manipulate the price for a cheaper buy in.

If the capital raising had been discussed after the announcements with these parties then the price could have run and a higher price been enlisted for the Capital Raise benefiting not just those parties but also the retail shareholders, who not only invest their hard earned time and money in to this company but also make up a substantial proportion of the business.

If each announcement is discussed with these shareholders prior to Capital Raises in future then the SP is going to be manipulated all the way to end of trial results and beyond which obviously kills off the chances of maximum gain for shareholders.
