The 90% takeover trigger must be very close if not already achieved. I purchased a few more MSP a while back for an arbitrage trade and that arbitrage is very small today with the AVA pullback. Assuming the old 1-4 ratio, current value is 10.2c (MSP) versus 11c (AVA) whereas a couple of months ago it was 8c versus 16c or thereabouts.
It's questionable how much longer the buyback will continue if the goal was to reach 90%. Seems a good day to sell MSP and either buy back into AVA near the same price or sit on the sidelines and wait and see how the story evolves.
