There are sound technical and commercial reasons for drilling first, vs 3D in this situation.  The plan would be to also bring in other projects, simplify the structure and start treating MEC like the Pool Development Fund that it is.

Can you please expand on this?  What exactly are these reasons and what other projects are you considering (more oil and gas?)  What expertise does your new board bring to see this through?


In your final sentence you mention hate, animosity and legal action?  Isn't this exactly what you are doing?  If you have no axe to grind, why not just approach the Board with your plan and get them to endorse it rather than forcing the company to burn more shareholder funds in lawyers and mail outs?  You are an associate of Breeze are you not (based on last 249)?
