    Kruiser,you are correct that this deal will do nothing
    for shareholders.FIRB will and should stop this "school boy " deal.The only good thing about this exercise is that it will put CFE on the radar for a takeover by a competent group of directors.Hopefully CFE directors will not "give" the company away AGAIN!!!!!!!!
