I've asked that question already...a couple of times on different threads.

It's due to liquidity in MAKO. With MAK going gangbusters the MAKO buyers are just factoring some resistance to the MAK juggernaught. If you get into MAKO short term the gap might sting if you suddenly need to get out.

The bottom line is though that despite what the SP is on the op it is still worth the same as the head minus the 30c/ps to buy in so even if the gap remains I'll still be getting MAK when I excercise, probably in the not too distant future seeing leverage on MAKO is reducing...
