That may well be the case but in the meantime they have to expend energy fighting spurious claims to the right to manage shareholders' funds.
My reading of the situation is that shareholders would not be served well by a pivot to Mr Fontaine and Mr Richards who have not got a demonstrable track record of delivering shareholder value.
