    Q & A FORUM UPDATE - HC QBL Authorized Rep Neil1959

    Hi Guys,

For the past 6 months, the Board and management of QBL have been very happy to provide a Q & A service to this forum as part of our new communication strategy for our shareholders/investors and interested parties. We have had our critics but also many of our shareholders have appreciated the service we have provided. We also have not deliberately avoided answering questions as some questions may need to be addressed in ASX reports only, some are commercially sensitive and some cannot be answered for legal reasons.

My role, as explained in previous posts, as the authorized QBL rep here on HotCopper, is to conduct Q & A's, relay to management the questions/issues or concerns that are raised in this forum, and to monitor for posts that might be inaccurate or require clarification. My role is also to monitor the volume of communication going to the company and advise management on the best method of communication and frequency of responses in forums like this.

Yesterday, after discussions with Senior Management, and having been advised of the large volume of communication (email/phone calls) being received on all our platforms and to the office I suggested that we put the Q & A's on holidays for a small period of time, so that the management can focus on the core role of building the business during this critical period. I also have noted that the company regularly has consistently been updating shareholders on the ASX announcements platform. The company is communicating regularly with new deals and updates. The company, during the next coming weeks, will be telling more of the story of the new QBL on its FB and Twitter Platforms. There will be more information about Medcan, MCL, and our other subsidiaries.

I will, of course, continue to monitor for major issues or posts that need clarification and will keep the questions flowing to management so that they are aware of the important issues that are out there. The company is one of the most open and responsive companies on the ASX and will continue to be. The Q & A's will definitely return to HC once general communication levels drop to more manageable levels.

The Board and management of QBL thank everyone for their questions and continued interest in the company. We will resume this service in the near future.

    With regards,

    Neil1959
