I simply cannot for the life of me, understand HOW the ASIC and ASX can allow these resolutions be put to shareholders, without shareholders having the benefit of the results of BOTH the investigations???
just as one example - an existing director is being nominated for the Board again.
That existing director was a director right thru the time when the matters which were the subject of these investigations, were occurring.
I have no idea whether or not that director was involved, and I am sure that he acted in the best interests of shareholders, and the company, at all times.
But how do we know, when we, who are expected to vote, don't have the results of these investigations?Why would we want to vote for anyone who might, or might not, have been acting to our detriment. How dumb would we be?
Virtually all of the resolutions simply cannot be properly considered by shareholders, until the results of these investigations are published.
WE shareholders paid for these investigations.
SO WHY are they being withheld and so secretive?
