Those are all good questions. Wish I had the answers. The only clarification I can add is that they don't have "all these leases" - there are three big areas where they have a few adjoining blocks - roughly speaking they are South Marsh 70 area, Eugene Island, and Bivouac Peak. They are producing at one (SM) and actively looking around for other nice spots to drill, and they have just announced intention to drill at BP. No idea on EI.
