I read it also, it doesn't actually say that they are fully funded, that wording allows wriggle room and if that's the case, it's more common than not on the ASX. I believe they'd be shouting it to the world that they are fully funded and actually using those words. It's the one thing which could stop the slide in my opinion. Get them to state it clearly in an announcement and you'll get plenty of new investors. Many investors, including myself specifically look the that possible final dilutionary event because you can then seriouly crunch some numbers and estimate your downside risk.
