He is preparing himself before all the announcements come rolling out..... as this seems to be the priority at this stage to make sure the loan is approved by SH and implemented.... more important then releasing the cobalt chip samples that are well overdue..... some thing must be coming.... and I would think it is good news with his latest grab for shares....
