There is a request for further & better particulars of the Statement of Claim. This has the effect of postponing the service & filing of defences. The reason being is that the respondents need to have all the particulars of the claims made by the plaintiff before they need to file a defence.

Once the details of the request for F&B P is received by CHM then CHM will have time to reply to the request. Then if there are no further particulars sought the procedure moves to the filing / serving of the respondent's pleadings.

There is no "breach" of any court order.
