Rio and another company drilled in '98 or '99 and walked away as IO was not worth much in those days - Then FDL picked up some leases in 2001 or 2.
That is why I think FDL has an idea of the inferred resource and let's face it, why did FDL hang onto 822 and not give FMG access to this lease for IO like the rest?
