Lack of media coverage, a flood of investor queries here on HC and direct to management, and a sliding share price all add up to one thing - poor communication and and an absence of professional PR to tell the story. There's nothing wrong with the story; in fact, I think that behind the scenes, QBL/MCL have probably put together what will sooner or later prove to be a great company. But that's the trouble - it's all behind the scenes, hidden from view by a lack of clear communication.

The media are probably not giving us any meaningful coverage because they don't understand what is happening any more than we, the shareholders, do.

The problem is that hardly anybody outside the company knows what the hell is going on. The acquisition announcements were so complicated that even somebody with good legal knowledge had trouble interpreting them, and there has been no simple, easy-to-understand explanation of where the company is and where it will be when the acquisitions are melded into the group.

We don't know what has been or is being achieved in hemp production and processing, and we don't know anything at all about the new acquisition and what value that adds to the group.

Companies with good PR people keep the market (shareholders, prospective investors, the media and the business world in general) fully and regularly informed of what the company is doing, what progress it has recently made, and what the plans are for the immediate future and the longer term. I seriously doubt that anyone not closely involved in the day to day running of QBL/MCL has any idea of what is going on in QBL at the moment.

Management have probably been so wrapped up in putting these deals together that they have totally lost sight of the need to keep the market informed of what is happening, and their vision for the future.

I believe that the only way to get this company back on track is for it to issue a clear, extremely well formatted Investor Presentation, followed up by a series of market updates on a regular basis so that the whole world can see what a great company is in the making here.

Then we won't have the incessant flow of questions, doubts and panic which are spreading so unnecessarily. TELL THE STORY, QBL. YOU HAVE A GOOD STORY, SO DON'T HIDE IT.
