How can you say its a P&P when the sp was already up to 48c last week on the IO upgrades and yesterday and today it has just been treading water?
Wheres the dump? And more like why are ppl selling - because they are too stupid or just too blind?
BTW, if its just an MOU then two things can happen:
1. It doesn't go ahead and all these ppl that thought the MCC $400m buy was wrong will be happy - hence the sp should rise again (because the IO upgrades were execellent!) and the potential is there! So, SH are happy?
2. If the MCC deal goes ahead, then CFE (which today is worth about $150m MC), will have $400m in its pocket - so it should be worth at least $400m in MC - which is to say $400m/300m shares or about $1.30ish - also makes SH happy.
So either way where is the down side?
