And I actually completely disagree. I think that nobody would have sold their shares if they liked the ann. I think the whole tax time sell off is a thing people in denial tell themselves for comfort. It’s ok it’s just a tax time sell off right at the time the company drops an ann they think shareholders will love.

I'm not convinced on a lot and have asked for financials many times. But you're wrong on a few. They said one of the largest which could still be true regardless of CAN. The 5 million they are raising is not to build the place, only fitout. Aren't CAN Building the whole thing and fit out? Who says the building itself isn't worth much much more?
