I do not buy the argument that because costs have risen then producers are being hurt because of bottom line.
Miners are now in a bteer position than they have ever been.
I used an expample yesterday with the gold sector. Back in 2001 many miners production costs were under water when gold was selling for $252 and most couldn't make more than $50/oz. and yet today gold stocks are cheaper relatively speaking than they were back then.
What is going on?....Investors have basically LOST THE BLOODY PLOT!!!!!!
