I don't have a strong opinion on which is better. But REU has only around 8 or 9 properties I think across Europe, so I don't necessarily think the 2 should trade in a similar fashion. These properties could be performing much better than the RAT U.S. ones or much worse. This should be the key factor in the performance of the 2.
