It is, but I don't know if you'd go into trading halt to announce the lapse of a MOU. It's not like the market isn't aware it has an end date, and on its own might not require an announcement at all.
It may form part of a wider announcement though so time will tell.
I hate trading halts. You spend days worrying that the news might be bad, then if it's good it can be below market expectation and the SP goes down anyway. Love it, for just once, for the news to be amazing and send the SP up 50%.
