I reckon someone triggered the selloff so that it will trigger a massive crash that they can buy into the company cheap, and force margin call on the directors. I think it is a takeover down with 4 names, and they all hold just under 5% to avoid detection. Currently they hold around just under 20%, and approach the directors whom two of them now virtually have no shares, only Eddie is left with the majority of them.
