The announcement is not a market moving event, just a correction. Nothing positive in it anyway.
No one knows if this co will survive or not, except the bankers.
Trading on sentiment, LOW P/e if it survives - bit over 2...just have to make up your own mind about survival prospects.
I guess the s/p is doing what they call the random walk, great if you can pick the highs and lows
