Some great detective work happening here on bid.rod's videos, and elsewhere on the OGX forums!
A big thanks to the guilty parties!

However, I think it is wise to avoid jumping to conclusions from the videos about HM3 only doing higher-grade material at low throughput rate.

Bid.rod said that during his visit:
"A new supplier was on the site, and he was delivering brand new harmers to the Company, free of charge for a trial. Each piece weighting 21 kg was promised by the representant of the Company Centro-Oeste Engenharia, that they could last 3 to 4 times longer than the current supplier..."

This may mean that when Bid.rod took the videos, HM3 was in the process of winding down to a stop in order to
change to the new supplier's hardened hammers.

That may not have been a typical period of HM3 throughput.
