Yeah,
I’ve been trying to count up the (Let’s call them) Friendlies Vs Foes for this vote.

The top 20 information we have is definitely out of date, especially with the recent volumes that have been traded – notwithstanding some pip chasers have probably bought in and sold already).

Anyway, comparing top 20 for CVS to BKP – I’m cross referencing the same entries in both companies – you’d assume these are “Foes”, as they invest in Colin/Justin’s companies – probably have a bit of a following there.







Then comparing 4CE top 20 and BKP, again, cross referencing and assume the mutual ones would be “Friendlies”.



So, as it stands from top 20’s alone:
197,583,976 – For/In Favour
157,819,489 – Against

You’d also add 137,500,000 for Hustler Investments / GTT Ventures
And I’m aware of about 60,000,000 in favour from a few of my contacts.

Bringing the in Favour total to:
395,083,976

I also haven’t come across anyone saying “Actually, Let’s not vote this in”!

So I’d assume we’d may get another 100-200 mil here.

Lastly – If there are any BKP shares held by CVS – they can’t be counted as Collin and Justin have a majority board control in CVS and BKP hence those shares are legally not able to be counted towards a remuneration report and should be abstained from voting in EGM!

Looks like we got this!... Just make sure everyone votes!
