I believe this has come up before in conversation on the AVL thread (couldn't find the post) and I think SOS or some of the old firm felt it very unlikely a TO was on the cards due to companies appetite for risk. I remember holders questioning what would be "good value" for a TO price per share......
Also a constant thread from Vince was the intent to mine **by, but i'm sure if the offer was right, it would be remiss not to consider it.
Any thoughts from others?
Odd that with the price of V climbing, the prospect of imminent PFS and a recent MOU the share price continues to hold/slip lower. EOFY? Unknowns re: PFS and MOU? USA/China trade issues?
