    Penny stock DTs are the very reason why companies that do have substance to support their decision consolidate. DTs of penny stocks are a share registry's nightmare and companies have to pay for that nightmare.
    Give investors and savvy traders good, positive, news and regular information and they will maintain the buying required to stimulate that liquidity.
    PAB is nowhere near ready for a consolidation, but, all going well, it will certainly happen.
