The company's request for a trading halt was announced at 12.51pm
The reason given for the trading halt request was: Pending the release of an announcement relating to a proposed acquisition.

The announcement that they had been issued with a 249D was 4.25pm

So yes, REALLY the trading halt was called because of the proposed acquisition, if it goes into suspension it will be related to the acquisition........

Jumping the gun too aren't we, you have no idea if the nominated people are elected what they can achieve, like I said, when the company announces the EGM and the announcement the comes with it, their biographies will be there for all and sundry to scrutinise...

You crack me up, you honestly believe the TH was for the acquisition, say no more, and it appears a select few know who they are already as nexus can't understand why I can't see the benefit of the new team, more specifically that they do have the relevant experience, now how would he know that I wonder
