Any mining company that is going from initial research through to an ongoing production, needs different levels of expertise as it develops.
It is very very seldom that all that expertise resides in one person.
Klaus acknowledges that and did the right thing by standing aside for someone to take the project to the next phase.

I have no doubt that there will be a number of chairmen coming and going until this project goes into sustained production.

You may like or dislike Klaus. Well that's your choice. However he is a very successful businessman who will continue to find and develop projects and i have no doubt that many will be investing in them. After all its an individuals choice as to whether they do or don't.
