They have been issued performance rights that can be converted to ordinary shares once the milestones are reached.
To be clear they have not converted the rights into shares which imply 2000oz for 2 x consecutive months.
They have been given an "IOU - I Owe You" once the milestones are reached. Hope this is clear.
