Sorry, this will Not be short and in light of the deceptions of it for many years, it shouldn't be short.
Having said that, it is only a snippet to knock the lies of this area on the head once and for all, I have mountains of verses that throw this back to Ba'al from where the deception came from, John is the angel of light for most, around 5 tampering's just in the opening 15 verses.
Those of the right spirit will smell them in a second.
In the Beginning WAS "THE" WORD = STOP right there, WHAT Word.
God said, God said around ten times = What was in the Beginning = The Word of Life.
Gen 3:22 - And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
us, = The Adversary, in our heads, all of US, enmity going on as well, in thy minds.
Tree of Life - WHO;
1 Peter 1:23 - Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
Luke 8:11 - Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
John 12:49 - For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.
John 6:63 - It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
I will just point out some clear facts - Jesus speaking the God and Father words here, in John 6:68, Simon says to Jesus, that Jesus has the words of eternal life.
We know they were Not his and we also know from the above, that you are born again via the word of God AND the spirit and we KNOW you are only born again via ONE Way = Spirit/Word are deemed to be one in the same and From One Source.
Now Jesus received the Spirit without measure = likewise word as well = John 5:26 - For as the Father has live in himself (John 1:4) so has he given to the Son to have life in himself = Via Spirit/Word of the God and Fathers.
Eph 1:4 - here is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
Now we know for sure, this ONE Spirit is the Holy Spirit and we know from Jesus is John 20:17, Jesus refers to his Father and God as one in the same.
So Jesus received, Spirit, WORD and is The Word= The Word of God, From the Father His God and there is But ONE Spirit and we know from John 5:26 that God is a Spirit = God/Father/Holy Spirit are one in the same as in ONE Apple.
That means, The Almighty God and Father MUST be this very same WORD in John, scripture interprets scripture and the bible says, there is no private interpretation, or something like that.
So how do we explain the truth of John 1:1-3, for one, WE will rely on the Greek from which our translations come from, BECAUSE man with trinity mindset or lack of understanding of other Bible areas, has moved the words around, to point away from truth = Rat traps.
First up though, "we" all need to understand the "full" context of what WORD means and we do NOT need any Greek scholar, or trumped up essays, as regardless of whatever language, we all use Words, and "we" all should know from within our own minds, gut etc, unless your dead haha.
In the first two verses of John, "The" Word is not yet referring to the 'expressed word as such in John.
"THE" - denoting one or more people or things already mentioned or assumed to be common knowledge.
Psa 33:6 - By the Word of the LORD were the heavens made and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth (Breath id ref to as Spirit).
From this we have "The" WORD = means, to THE WORD OF GOD = all of.
Now then, before we all speak and no matter who your are, within you, you form your words before expressing.
They are Your inner creation as in, an architect, He thinks and plans in His mind, he then expresses instruction, or puts it on paper, in inner creation expressed out.
Example, Jesus is referred to as the express image of God, He had Gods Spirit/Word within himself, He spoke and was expressing the Father out and hence, He said, "if you have seen me, you have seen the Father" as he is dwelling in me John 14:10.
Jesus being the Temple not built with hands John 1:14 = Emmanuel.
1 Cor 2:11 - For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
Acts 15:18 - Known unto God are all his works from the Beginning of the world.
1 Titus 1:2 - In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;
Rev 13:8 & 3:14 - And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, (Jesus) the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
Cor 1:15 - Tell us, Jesus was the firstborn of creation.
So there is no question about it, these four verses are the inner plan of the Almighty God's and Jesus being, the Hidden mystery "within" God.
Eph 3:9 - And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things.
Gal 4:4 - But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
Sent forth is after Baptism, where he received Spirit/Word without measure, life in himself - giving The Words of life Eternal.
We need to also know, God's word in him and out of him "is" referenced to as Glory, plan in and out.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with The God and God was the Word.
1:2 The first word from the Greek in this verse means = this, it he or same is used.
The most frequent word used is "this" in numerous verses.
From Johns 3rd verse, "we" know full well that the word spoken of in 1&2 has go to do with verse 1:3, no question about it.
We know form just the few verses above, God word/Plan obviously starts "IN" him and "this" dictates which word we should select from in the Greek options.
1:2 The SAME (this, it) was in the beginning with God.
We know from above, he had a plan, and we know that planed was always going to be competed, via Jesus, but only when the times were fulfilled, and Jesus would 'finish" what was started.
1:3 - All things through him emerged, and without him emerged not even one that has emerged.
Neh 9:6 - Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.
1:4 - In him life was, and the life was the light of men.
Psa 119:105 - Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
1:9 - Was the light the True, that enlightens every man, coming into the world.
Most lying Bibles, with mans touch "add" this light was about to "come" into the world = LIES as it says "every" man, so what were Moses and Co running on??? 666.
God Word is light as He "IS" light 1 John 1:5.
So in John, Jesus does NOT come into the picture until 1:14, where we see the verse, He came to his own and his own received him not, Jesus himself make reference around at least three times, just in John, that god came to his own and that didn't receive, so I will not take part in this deception, ignorance.
John's first two verses start outside of the literal creation.
