)) we really are unaware of what criteria they place on bonuses - what KPI's do they base them on and who makes the call as to whether they have been actually met??? all we know is that KPI's are not subject to SP movements - thought that was a must especially when management bonuses are concerned!
hopefully new major SH will have something to say - they are down on what they came in at - but given they are taking LT view they may just soak it up and see what happens then do what previous major holder did - just ease out if things don't change - or sell up if SP goes above buy-in so they don't show a loss.
who knows and really we want this to go north SP wise but IMO the late run in getting pipeline moving (some say due to complacency) is a telling factor here and IMO may be worth having management performance reviewed by an external independent group - but what are the chances).
