Johnson, as at the 14th September 2007, 84.47% of shares were held by the top 20 shareholders, 9.75% of shares were held by those who had 100k or more but still outside the top 20, and there was only 5.78% left for trading purpose as the other shareholders are likely to hold for long periods fo time.

100,001 = 3,574,675 shares = 9.75%
<100,000 = 82,721,434 shares = 5.78%
I would say at this point in time that the 82m would have been reduced conciderably, therefore leaving very little to buy when they sign their contracts for the supply of LNG.
