Yep its a spining top, but have a look on the 24/1/08 it had one there too and the market has been undecided since with side ways movement slightly up.
So to have a second one while everyones waiting I'd expect it to move more ubruptly either way this time.
I'd be leaning more to the up than down slightly, it trying to break the downtrend line off the Highs.
