    They have been granted an extension of time to drill.
    But let's be fair - HE8 may not drill the 3rd well.
    I think they will but the application for an extension was a no-brainer.
    The cash position is good - $8.28m as per the last quarterly.
    I am starting to feel more comfortable with HE8.
