Being manipulated between 10 and 12. Very few buyers prepared to pay 11.5 at the moment. Will change very quickly with a positive announcement. It'll interesting to see if the shorters gamble on a negative result at Samo. Current levels indicate their belief that PE will fail IMO. Let's hope they burn twice!
