What is required for proof of concept has already been discussed in detail here over the last few weeks. GDY management has all the jigsaw puzzle in place except the last piece, the actual impedance to fluid flow between Hab 1 and 3. This is a measure of how much power is required to push the brine through the fractures. Yes, this also largely a formality since, if this is a high figure, they can always go through a cycle of pressure stimulation to open those fractures a little further. All this has to be verified by an independent expert (who will be very informed already).
The $96 M Origin farm-in was agreed last year. Getting the extra 10% is determined by the proof of concept by 31 March.
