SP is ultimately dictated by inherent value in a company and that goes for every stock and not just SAS.

SAS is in a downtrend because its inherent value is in question especially because it is shrouded in what seems to be nothing but a lot of imagination and arbitrary perception.

For the SP to stop rotting then it is up to management to alleviate concerns, real concerns instead of attempting to shroud the company with even more vanity.

There are things that management can do:

1. Contractually hold their shares until full constellation is up and significant revenue and sustainable customers are generated.
2. Reaffirming shareholders that SAS has full funding, supported by financial details, to launch the 20 pearls and that there will be no need for a CR until after the full 20 are up and operational.

So far they have failed to address any concerns and the SP simply reflects that.

The same situation is happening for many other stocks too, some are in hot sectors where there were a lot of hype and no substance, eg:

1. JAT
2. MXC (Brett Mitchell is an executive here too)
3. WHA
4. AVZ
5. BUB

and many others..

SP follows value, nothing more, nothing less.

Yeah, and the market is stating that there is no value here.

Closed at at yearly low and down around 65% over the past year.

The company could also put out an updated list of the 20 largest holders as well to show who has been doing the dumping.

All those announcements put out in June and the share price still crashed.

Pump and dump - rinse and repeat.
