I decided to try the "all eggs in 1 basket approach". I did not work very well.
My $5187 peaked at about $13,000 fairly early on but then it was all downhill from there.
I did make 1 trade on my holdings for the whole year.
Sold at 4.8c for a profit of $1188 (Total worth after trade = $6375)
Bought 100,000 shares back at 3.8c which are now currently down $400 at 3.4c.
Total holdings at EOFY =
Shares - 100,000 CKA @ 3.4c for $3400
Cash - $2575
Total profit/loss = $788
Learnt a lot this year. Not so much in my 5G but in my main portfolio. My main issue this year was knowing when to sell.
I won't go into details, but I bought AVZ, CKA and ASN all under 2c, and EUC/WMN under 5c yet barely made a profit this year... What a tremendous balls up LOL
Lesson's learned however. This year will be all about locking in profits for me.
Hope everyone else did a little better than I. If not, chin up and keep practising. This game is really really hard.
