Indeck. They cannot delist unless they have a 90% shareholding and then they have to buy the remaining 10% at the last price they paid to get to 90%. Alternatively, 75% of SHs could vote to delist but Todd couldn’t vote. Don’t think they have any chance of this ever happening in 100 years. Don’t worry !
