Novadell have decided they want to make a come-back. So they are buying back the original technology.
But because SUD have spent last few years filling in the missing data points the asking price is as is shown in the comparable deals slide. With rounding an even $100m.
After conference expenditure, management bonuses and consulting fees this will leave SUD with $2m to get comfortably to the next capital raising in 12 months’ time.
