The same names isn't really a concern so long as the listed First Graphene gets on the front foot with marketing and makes its mark.

Would be pretty funny if the other 1st kicks up and has a win, there is some other company from years ago that traded under one name in aust and another overseas due to the same issue, cant think who it was but might of been a bike brand.

Yes, FGR will have the rights in Australia, and 1st will have the rights in the US.

Hopefully someone in FGR (maybe AG) will make sure First G is registered in th UK and Europe to give FGR the rights to the name there,
