For FDL's and shareholders sake i hope Patterson's have nothing to do with it. IMO, MXR got screwed by Patterson's and it was a poor performance by MXR management to discount the shares to such a degree that it created such a negative impact on the shareprice.

The big difference here, i am hopeful that it will be a company from the left field who genuinely wants to take an interest in the longterm. If its FMG, BHP, RIO, CFE or one of the Chinese steel groups, thats a different matter.

IMO, Kevin Wills and crew should have a number of choices rather than squirm to the likes of Pattersons or other broking firms for that matter.

It really comes down to how much money
they are planning on raising and for what purposes.
This is too big to squander opportunities.

Just my thoughts.
